4. Detailed Job Description

JD:

• Develop Python-based automation for database administration tasks, including cluster expansions, health checks, compliance validation, and self-healing.

• Build full-stack applications using React, JavaScript/TypeScript, REST APIs, and microservices.

• Leverage Generative AI, Agentic AI, and LLM technologies to develop intelligent operational assistants and workflow automation solutions.

• Design and develop integrations with databases, cloud services, ticketing platforms, monitoring systems, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Collaborate with DBAs, SREs, and platform engineers to identify and eliminate repetitive operational activities through automation.

• Create dashboards, self-service portals, and reporting solutions to improve operational visibility and efficiency.

• Maintain coding standards, security controls, testing practices, and technical documentation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of software development experience.

• Strong hands-on experience in Python programming.

• Experience with JavaScript and React/ReactJS.

• Experience developing REST APIs and integrations.

• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, Agentic AI, and LLM frameworks.

• Strong problem-solving skills with an automation-first mindset.

• Database experience with platforms such as PostgreSQL, Cassandra, MongoDB, Couchbase, Yugabyte, or similar databases is preferred.

• Experience with AWS and/or GCP is preferred.

• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD pipelines is preferred.

• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus and Grafana is preferred.

• Knowledge of infrastructure automation and DevOps practices is preferred.
