Job Description
7–10+ years of experience in Presales, Solution Architecture, Deals & Pursuit Management, or complex solutioning roles.
Strong understanding of the end-to-end AI/ML development lifecycle and the critical role of high-quality training data in model performance.
Direct experience solutioning for AI Training Data, data annotation, data labeling, or related data-centric AI services.
Ability to design comprehensive and compelling AI Training Data solutions based on client requirements, scale, quality, and delivery needs.
Strong experience independently leading end-to-end solutioning for large-scale deals and complex RFPs.
Experience gathering requirements, defining solution scope, developing delivery approaches, and creating solution narratives.
Strong commercial acumen with hands-on experience in bottoms-up costing, effort estimation, pricing, margin calculation, and financial value proposition development.
Experience conducting competitive pricing analysis and developing commercially viable and competitive deal strategies.
Ability to balance solution quality, scalability, delivery feasibility, risk, and profitability.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across sales, delivery, operations, finance, and technology teams.
Excellent communication, presentation, proposal writing, and client-facing solutioning skills.
