Should have Full stack capabilities in these technologies (Java / .NET / C# / Python / COBOL).

Should have Strong hands-on proficiency across programming, frontend, backend, database, cloud and DevOps, testing, AI tools and frameworks.

Must have experience delivering complex technical programs independently.

To own full‑cycle learning programs from design to independent delivery.

To Architect advanced curricula, capstone projects, and enterprise‑grade simulations.

To lead live coding, architecture deep dives, debugging sessions, and design reviews.

To own curriculum architecture for key technical domains.
