4. Detailed Job Description

JD:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in automated multilevel car parking systems across assigned territories
• Build and maintain relationships with architects, consultants, real estate developers • Conduct meetings with architects and consultants to understand project requirements and propose suitable parking solutions
• Prepare and present technical proposals in coordination with engineering teams
• Interpret basic layout drawings and provide preliminary solution inputs using AutoCAD
• Collaborate with internal teams for design approvals
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
• Generate leads through networking, site visits, industry events, and referrals • Provide qualified projects to sales for commercial closures.

Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience in business development or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of lead generation techniques.
• Ability to travel for site visits.
