Detailed Job Description
JD:
Lead L1/L2
functional support for HFM and PBCS users.
Manage data
loads, reconciliations, system validations, and month-end close support.
Support
budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and financial reporting processes.
Develop and
maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, datasets, and KPIs.
Monitor
data integrations, refresh schedules, and reporting accuracy.
Partner
with Finance, Business, and IT stakeholders to resolve issues and deliver
enhancements.
Lead a team
of analysts, drive SLA adherence, and support continuous improvement
initiatives.
Maintain
process documentation, SOPs, and knowledge repositories.
KEY SKILLS: Strong
expertise to manage and support enterprise FP&A applications including HFM,
PBCS, and Power BI. Provide application support, reporting
excellence, process improvements and team performance and act as a key liaison
between Finance and Technology teams.
