Detailed Job Description

JD:

Design end-to-end solutions for large, complex, multi-tower and multi-region outsourcing engagements.

Translate client business challenges into scalable and commercially viable solution frameworks.

Develop operating models, governance structures, staffing plans, transition roadmaps, SLAs, and transformation strategies.

Align organizational capabilities, technology solutions, automation opportunities, and delivery models with client requirements.

Build competitive pricing models including FTE-based, transaction-based, outcome-based, gainshare, and hybrid commercial constructs.

Participate in RFP, RFI, proposal management, and large deal pursuits.

Lead and support due diligence exercises, workshops, and client discussions.

Validate solution assumptions and refine proposals based on client inputs and business requirements.

Ensure solution feasibility, operational readiness, and alignment with business objectives.

Analyze client business models, operating environments, market trends, competitive landscape, and financial performance.

Develop industry-aligned solution propositions and transformation recommendations.

Create compelling value propositions and executive-level presentations.

Collaborate with Delivery, Finance, Pricing, Transition, Automation, Technology, and Talent Supply teams.

Act as a central solution orchestrator throughout the pursuit lifecycle.

Support successful handover and transition of won engagements.

KEY SKILLS: Experience in HRO solutioning, presales, and HR transformation, with the ability to design client-centric solutions, support business development initiatives, and drive transformation programs.
