We are seeking an experienced Python Architect with a strong background in automation and Generative AI/LLM technologies to lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI solutions in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 8 to 15 years of industry experience, a deep understanding of Python programming, and expertise in building and scaling large language models and AI-driven automation workflows.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the architecture and design of Python-based automation frameworks and AI solutions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
  • Develop and deploy Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) applications, integrating them with existing enterprise systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements, evaluate emerging AI technologies, and translate business needs into robust technical solutions.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers and data scientists on best practices in Python coding, automation, and AI model development.
  • Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and security assessments to uphold high standards of code quality and system integrity.
  • Stay current with industry trends in AI, machine learning, and automation, and recommend innovative approaches to enhance product capabilities.
Requirements
  • 8 to 15 years of professional experience in software development with a focus on Python.
  • Proven expertise in Python automation, scripting, and building production-grade applications.
  • Hands‑on experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and related frameworks such as Hugging Face, OpenAI, or similar.
  • Strong architectural skills, including designing scalable, modular, and maintainable systems.
  • Excellent problem‑solving abilities, communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.
