Detailed Job Description
6+ years of experience post MBA / PGDM.
Training and Development / Learning and Development (L&D)
HR Operations, Content Creation, Performance Management, Program Management.
Experience in Instructional Designing.
Training and Analysis, Succession Planning
Delivery and execution of Training Program.
Employee Engagement experience.
 
Accountabilities
 Support COE Head in determining Talent Review Guideline.
 Prepare Talent related MIS and Project Management report
 Periodical review and monitor progress of Organization wide Succession Planning program and document.
Development Identification and Individual development plan.
