Job Description
Design, develop, and implement Adobe Journey Optimizer ( AJO )solutions that help
customers improve their customer experiences.
Work with a team of engineers to Designs solutions for the
overall health, performance, and availability and actively
Works resolution of system and client experience impacts for
one or more environments, applications, or platforms.
Creates technical documentation, specifications, and project
artifacts for developing code
Identifies and develops potential standards and best
practices.
Configure and test Adobe Journey Optimizer campaigns and
workflows to ensure
accurate tracking, targeting, and messaging.
Troubleshoot campaign issues and provide technical support
to the marketing team
Implement best practices for data management, segmentation,
personalization, andautomation within Adobe Journey Optimizer.
Configure and test Adobe Journey Optimizer campaigns and

Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate
