Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Define
AEP architecture, including schemas, datasets, identity stitching, and
dataflows.
- Design
and implement Real-Time Customer Profile (RTCP) and Segment activation
strategies.
- Integrate
AEP with upstream and downstream systems, including CRM, DMPs, CDPs, and
analytics platforms.
- Ensure
data governance, security, and compliance standards are met.
- Work
closely with Adobe consultants, data engineers, and business teams to
translate business objectives into AEP capabilities.
- Optimize
event-driven data ingestion, processing, and activation for real-time
personalization.
- Provide
guidance on technical best practices, scalability, and performance
optimization.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+
years of experience in Adobe Experience Cloud products, with at least 2+
years in AEP.
- Hands-on
expertise in XDM schema design, data ingestion (batch & streaming),
and Profile Store setup.
- Strong
understanding of Real-Time CDP, Identity Service, Edge Network, and
Destination Publishing.
- Experience
in data engineering, API integrations, and SQL-based data transformations.
- Ability
to work with JSON, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs for AEP customization.
- Experience
in Adobe Experience Query Service and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) is
a plus.
