Education and Certification
Qualification – Mandatory:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration,
Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Good to Have:
MBA / PGDM in HR, Business Administration, IT, or related
field.
Education in Information Systems, Business Analysis, Data
Analytics, or HR Technology.
Specific Remarks:
15 years of regular education may be preferred.
Certification – Good to Have:

Detailed Job Description
JD:
The HR Integrations Business Analyst will be
responsible for driving end-to-end business analysis, integration requirements,
testing, and deployment activities across the HR Transformation
portfolio and connected enterprise applications.
The role will work across HR platforms and enterprise
systems including HCM, 1C AI, AskHR-MyHR, ServiceNow, ATS,
Onboarding/Offboarding platforms, Talent Management systems, Payroll, Identity
Management, and collaboration/enterprise applications.
The individual will act as a key liaison between HR
Operations, HR Technology, IT, ServiceNow development teams, technical
integration teams, and third-party vendors, ensuring seamless integration of HR
services, employee data, workflows, and employee lifecycle events across the HR
technology ecosystem.
The role will support new implementations, system
enhancements, integration projects, UAT, production support, and continuous
improvement initiatives, translating business requirements into clear
functional and integration specifications.
Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Requirements Management
Partner with HR Operations, HR Technology, and business
stakeholders to understand business processes, requirements, pain points, and
improvement opportunities.
Conduct and facilitate requirements-gathering
workshops, stakeholder interviews, discovery sessions, and process
walkthroughs.
Document business requirements, functional specifications,
user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, use cases, and business
rules.
Analyze current-state and future-state HR
processes and identify gaps, dependencies, risks, and opportunities for
automation.
Translate business requirements into clear and actionable
requirements for technical/integration teams.
Identify integration opportunities to improve HR operational
efficiency, service delivery, automation, and employee experience.
Support prioritization and management of integration
enhancement requests, defects, and backlog items.
Stakeholder Management
Serve as the primary liaison between HR business users,
HR Operations, HR Technology, IT, developers, vendors, and project teams.
Data Analysis & Governance
Analyze HR data structures, employee records, data flows,
and upstream/downstream system dependencies.
Define and validate data mappings, transformation
logic, validation rules, and reconciliation requirements.
Support data quality assessments, data cleansing,
reconciliation, and exception management.
Ensure integration processes comply with
applicable data privacy, security, confidentiality, and regulatory
requirements.
Production Support & Continuous Improvement
Support resolution of production issues related to HR
integrations, workflows, employee data, and system interfaces.
Analyze recurring incidents and identify opportunities for
permanent fixes and process improvements.
Support ServiceNow-based incident, request, and change
management processes where applicable.
Monitor integration performance and identify operational
risks and recurring failure points.
Maintain functional documentation, integration requirements,
process documentation, SOPs, and knowledge repositories.
Recommend improvements to HR processes, integrations,
automation, and employee experience.
Project & Transformation Support
Support HR transformation initiatives from requirements
through design, development, testing, deployment, and stabilization.
Coordinate dependencies across multiple HR systems and
project workstreams.
Contribute to project status reporting, risk/issue tracking,
governance forums, and stakeholder communications.
Ensure integration deliverables remain aligned with the
overall HR Transformation.
Support change management, user enablement, training, and
adoption activities as required.
