Detailed Job Description
Build and maintain effective working relationships with leaders and employees while providing guidance on HR and business-related issues.
Drive retention and engagement through regular discussions, town halls, pulse checks, manager huddles, and virtual engagement initiatives.
Support frontline manager enablement and career management by socializing manager programs, enabling career conversations, tracking progress, and supporting corrective or remedial actions.
Execute employee life-cycle processes such as merit increase, incentive administration, allowances, and YER grievance support.
Partner with HR teams including International HR, Immigration, and Payroll to deliver robust HR support for supported groups.
Manage employee queries and issues related to BAU processes, special initiatives, projects, and life-cycle events through thorough and objective resolution.
