4. Detailed Job Description

JD: The Engineer will be responsible for development and automation activities using Java, Python and Ansible. The role requires hands-on experience in API and function development, along with development experience using AWS Lambda and Cloud Functions. The candidate should have a good understanding of cloud services and should be able to work independently with ownership and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain applications, APIs and functions using Java and Python.

• Develop and maintain automation solutions using Ansible.

• Work on AWS Lambda and Cloud Functions development.

• Apply knowledge of databases, compute, networking, storage and security services.

• Work with Kubernetes and containerization technologies as an added advantage.

• Collaborate effectively with technical and cross-functional teams.

• Demonstrate strong communication, self-motivation and accountability.
