domain architecture for complex enterprise or telecommunications
transformation.

Ability to model business
capability, application, integration, data and technology implications of
legacy modernisation.

Strong communication and
facilitation skills across business, architecture, engineering and governance
stakeholders.
Mainframe
& Cloud Modernisation
·
Working understanding of
COBOL/DB2-centred estates and associated IMS, VSAM, NATURAL, SAS, batch and
interface complexity.

Experience with
mainframe-to-cloud or legacy-modernisation patterns, including Java/Spring and
AWS-aligned architecture where relevant.
·
Ability to assess functional
parity, NFR, migration, integration, cutover and operational-continuity
implications.
Governance
& Delivery
·
Experience producing solution
blueprints, architecture decisions, dependency maps, treatment inputs,
migration designs and risk/assumption records.
·
Ability to work through
incomplete documentation without treating unvalidated assumptions as facts.
·
Experience collaborating in
multi-vendor, regulated and distributed delivery environments.
