SEZ compliance, STPI compliance, Customs operations and clearance, Import/Export operations, DGFT regulations, Trade compliance, Customs clearance and BOE processing, Asset de-bonding, Inter-Unit Transfers (IUT), Asset lifecycle management, Inventory reconciliation

Candidate Industry:
Preferred experience in Logistics / Supply Chain / Customs / Trade Compliance / SEZ-STPI operations.
BPO / KPO / GBS / GCC / GSS / Captive Shared Services experience

Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline

The Procurement – Logistics, Supply Chain & Customs Clearance Executive will be responsible for managing logistics, customs, SEZ/STPI compliance, asset governance, regulatory documentation, and related operational activities.

The role requires a Logistics and Compliance professional with expertise in SEZ, STPI, Customs, Import/Export Operations, Asset Management, Regulatory Compliance, Facility Closure Projects, De-bonding, E-waste Disposal, and Government Liaison.

Manage customs clearance activities for imports, exports, and domestic procurements across SEZ and STPI units.

Handle SEZ/STPI compliance processes, including documentation, filings, approvals, and liaison with government authorities.

Coordinate Inter-Unit Transfers (IUT), asset movements, de-bonding, and duty payment activities.

Manage asset tracking, bond register maintenance, inventory reconciliation, and audit support.

Facilitate invoice endorsement processes and statutory approvals to ensure compliance and tax benefits for SEZ operations.

Support facility setup, expansion, consolidation, and closure projects, including regulatory approvals and asset disposal activities.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders including IT, Procurement, Finance, and Facilities.

Manage coordination with external vendors, customs brokers, and regulatory authorities.

Ensure compliance with SEZ, STPI, Customs, DGFT, and other statutory regulations.

Identify and mitigate operational and financial risks associated with logistics and compliance activities.

Manage multiple projects and compliance-driven initiatives simultaneously.

Support asset disposal and e-waste disposal activities as part of facility transition and closure initiatives.

Drive operational efficiency while ensuring statutory and regulatory compliance.

Timely and compliant customs clearance.

Accurate SEZ/STPI documentation and filings.

Effective management of IUT, asset movements, de-bonding, and duty payments.

Accurate asset tracking and inventory reconciliation.

Maintenance of bond registers and compliance records.

Timely invoice endorsement and statutory approvals.

Successful execution of facility setup, expansion, consolidation, and closure activities.
