Certification: CISSP, CPP / PSP, PCI ISA / QSA or CISP

The team manages third-party offshoring arrangements and General Secure Facilities, ensuring that business processes outsourced and in compliance with regulatory and enterprise risk requirements.

In simple terms: This role ensures that third-party vendors and their facilities operate smoothly, securely and according to the client's policies.

Managing vendor relationships, performance, escalations and service delivery.

Experience managing offshore operations, outsourced processes or third-party delivery centers.

Identifying operational risks and ensuring regulatory and internal policy compliance.

Conducting operational audits, security assessments, and compliance reviews.

Outsourcing governance, operational controls, and vendor compliance.

Managing business continuity plans, disaster recovery, and emergency preparedness.

Overseeing secure facilities, maintenance, safety and service continuity.

Coordinating with business teams, vendors, analysts and cross-functional stakeholders.

Monitoring KPIs, service quality, operational efficiency, and cost metrics.

Managing programs, initiatives, timelines, and cross-functional teams.

Managing day-to-day operations, service delivery, escalations and SLAs.

Managing vendor negotiations, stakeholder expectations and conflict resolution.

Conducting risk assessments, audits, control reviews and compliance activities.

Product ownership, technology requirements, prioritization and stakeholder coordination.

Managing offshore operations, third-party vendors and delivery centers.
