Job Title: Team lead – Quality control HRO

Job Location: Pune

Total and Relevant work Experience of 4+ years in Quality Control HRO Process.

Candidate Location - Anywhere in India

Candidate Industry (BPO / KPO / GBS / GCC / GSS / Captive Shared Services)

Qualification: Minimum 15 years education, Bachelor’s degree, MBA or equivalent from a reputed institution.

Strong understanding of end-to-end cycle of H2R (MDM, Employee benefits, Talent Acquisition, Statutory audits)

Lead end-to-end Quality Control operations

Ensure adherence to CTQs (Critical to Quality parameters), SOPs, policies, and compliance requirements.

Review audit findings, identify quality gaps, and recommend corrective actions.

Adherence of daily audits are being performed and reported out to internal and external stakeholders

Prepare RCAs, 5Whys for the errors with strong preventive action

Ensure all team deliverables are completed in due time and compliant to relevant standards and policies and reported accurately

Ensure compliance to all SLA and KPI targets

Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities

Handle internal reporting, adherence to SLAs

Exceed daily / weekly / monthly targets on Teams TAT and Accuracy

Demonstrated proactive, positive conflict resolution skills.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communicator at all levels

Intellectual curiosity, appetite to do things better and proactive nature.

Good understanding of H2R processes.

Knowledge of various ERPs’- SAP, MS Office, Advanced Excel

HRO, Quality Control, H2R, Hire to Retire, HR operations, MDM, Employee benefits, Talent Acquisition.
