Expectations:
6 to 12 years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM).
Hands-on experience in SAP HCM and Employee Central (EC).
Strong experience in MDM transaction processing and employee master data.
Experience in Reconciliation, MIS Reporting and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
Good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Exposure to Data Quality & Governance is preferred.
Strong English communication and stakeholder management skills.

Handle employee data changes in SAP HCM and Employee Central.
Perform reconciliation and resolve data discrepancies.
Conduct RCA for recurring data issues.
Prepare MIS reports and dashboards.
Ensure data governance, SOX and audit compliance.
Support stakeholders and continuous improvement initiatives.
