4. Detailed Job Description

JD:
  • Lead and manage the annual budgeting process for the organization.
  • Prepare detailed financial forecasts and regularly update projections based on business performance and changing assumptions.
  • Conduct variance analysis to identify, investigate, and explain deviations from budget and forecast.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial and operational data and ensure alignment with financial plans.
  • Prepare and deliver timely financial reports, MIS, and performance insights to senior management.
  • Provide actionable financial analysis and business insights to support management decision-making.
  • Support ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as required.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, business planning, and performance analysis.
  • Identify key financial trends, risks, and opportunities and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
  • Work closely with business teams to understand financial drivers and support overall business performance.

Requirements

  • 3–15 years of experience in FP&A or related finance roles.
  • Strong hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling techniques.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial and business data.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to prepare and present financial reports and insights to senior management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
