Detailed Job Description
  • APAC equity corporate actions experience — both voluntary and mandatory events
  • Working knowledge of market-specific nuances:
Korea: Tender Offer Broker setup process
Korea: Share rounding rules in tender offers
Multi-market: USD payout in lieu of restricted local currencies
Australia: Local shareholder restrictions on specific events
  • Investment bank background strongly preferred
Nice to Have
  • Taiwan and/or Korea market specialization
  • Exposure to equity derivatives corporate action events
