Job Description
Manage and monitor incident,
problem, and change management processes in a data center/IT operations
environment.
Demonstrate strong
knowledge of ITIL processes and ensure adherence to operational standards.
Monitor vendors and
service providers, challenge performance gaps, and ensure SLA/KPI compliance.
Coordinate with
internal stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams for effective issue
resolution and service delivery.
Monitor data center
infrastructure and monitoring platforms and proactively identify operational
issues.
Prepare and analyze
operational reports using MS Excel and Power BI.
Support service
reviews, incident reporting, problem analysis, change governance, and
continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain strong stakeholder
communication, including escalation management and regular operational updates.
Coordinate with
facilities/data center teams on mechanical and electrical infrastructure where
required.
Ensure proper
documentation, reporting, compliance, and audit readiness for IT/data center
operations.
