AM/TL - MDM
The client is seeking an experienced Master Data Management (MDM) professional to lead and manage material master data processes in Gurugram. The role focuses on SAP MM and SAP MDM implementations, ensuring high data quality, governance, and product specification accuracy. The successful candidate will drive material creation, maintain master data integrity, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to uphold data governance standards.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the end‑to‑end material master data lifecycle within SAP MM and SAP MDM environments.
  • Design, implement, and maintain material creation processes, ensuring compliance with product specification requirements.
  • Develop and enforce master data governance policies to guarantee data quality and consistency across the organization.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to define data quality rules, perform data profiling, and resolve data discrepancies.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members on SAP MM, SAP MDM, and data governance best practices.
  • Coordinate with IT and functional teams to integrate data quality tools and automate data validation workflows.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on data quality metrics, governance compliance, and improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • 3 to 12 years of relevant experience in SAP MM and SAP MDM.
  • Strong expertise in material master data creation and management.
  • Proven track record in master data governance, data quality, and data quality tools.
  • In-depth knowledge of product specification processes and related data structures.
  • Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across cross‑functional teams and lead data initiatives.
