Detailed Job Description
JD:
Sourcing event execution, including
RFPs and RFIs under the direction of Senior Sourcing Managers
Building bid analysis documents,
scheduling RFx meetings, and monitoring RFx timelines
Direct negotiations for renewals and
new spend requirements
Supplier market research
Review of proposed contracts for goods
and services
Coordination of sourcing projects
under the direction of Sourcing Managers
Buy Desk support for lower-complexity,
lower-spend sourcing requirements
Category Management Plan development,
as required
Spend analysis
Creation and maintenance of pricing
databases by category, including location-wise rate cards and
supplier/SKU-level unit pricing
Consolidation of multiple POs with the
same supplier and alignment of renewal dates.
KEY SKILLS:
Manage RFPs/RFIs, bid analysis, RFx
meetings and timelines, supplier market research, negotiations, contract
reviews, sourcing projects, Buy Desk support, and category management
activities under Sourcing Manager guidance.
