JD:
We are seeking an experienced Head – Finance &
Accounting Operations to lead and manage large-scale Finance & Accounting
operations with strong expertise in Record to Report, General Accounting, and
Accounts Payable processes within the Banking industry.
The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring that the
operations team is fully equipped to deliver against contractual KPIs and
contribute effectively to defined business metrics and financial objectives.
The role will involve planning and reviewing people,
infrastructure, and technology requirements in collaboration with the
transition team to finalize and establish an effective target delivery model.
The Director will identify and implement opportunities for
operational improvement, including work redesign, shift optimization, staff mix
planning, and workforce utilization. The objective will be to improve
operational efficiency, optimize resource utilization, and meet or exceed
internal financial goals.
The incumbent will engage with key stakeholders to identify
areas for improvement and allocate appropriate resources to enhance service
delivery and customer satisfaction.
A key responsibility of the role will be leading and
managing large teams within Finance & Accounting operations. The individual
will provide strategic and operational leadership to ensure effective
performance management, delivery excellence, and achievement of business
objectives.
The role requires strong experience in managing
international clients and working across diverse stakeholder groups. The ideal
candidate should possess strong leadership, operational management, financial
acumen, workforce optimization, client management, and continuous improvement
capabilities.
