Description
JD:
Investigate
pipeline, entity, model-portfolio and security-setup exceptions.
Validate
loan/credit trades against source documents and coordinate confirmations,
assignment agreements and pricing letters with counterparties and Agent
Banks.
Process
complex loan events, restructures, structured-credit waterfalls, financing
transactions, interest/principal adjustments and royalty-related
bookings.
Reconcile
capital calls, distributions, fund commitments and GP statements.
Investigate
performance/management-fee variances and support instrument-specific valuations
and quarterly change reporting.
Coach junior
analysts and improve procedures, controls and exception-routing.
