Senior Manager Delivery (Medical Coding)

The client is seeking a Senior Manager Delivery (Medical Coding) to lead and oversee medical coding operations in Bangalore. The role focuses on multispecialty and HCC coding, ensuring high-quality coding standards, compliance with industry regulations, and effective vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the delivery of medical coding services across multiple specialties.
• Develop and implement coding policies, procedures, and quality assurance processes.
• Ensure compliance with HCC coding guidelines and other regulatory requirements.
• Oversee vendor relationships, performance metrics, and contract negotiations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize coding workflows and improve accuracy.
• Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to coding staff.
• Analyze coding data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare and present regular reports on coding performance, quality metrics, and vendor performance.
