Center, working on RFPs, RFIs, RFQs with a high percentage of deal
closures
Detailed Job Description:
Provide Direction, governance and review of strategic
Alliances, to build successful and sustainable partnerships
Define alliance value proposition to help accelerate sales
-through alliance-based offerings
Participates in the Planning and facilitates participation
by Alliance partners in client interactions to improve the chances of winning
the deal
Reviews market competitive intelligence for specific domain
/ market and validate gap analysis to identify/strengthen Alliances that can be
formed with partners at organization level
Incorporate alliance-specific SOW (Statement of Work),
technology SLAs to define alliance-specific contract terms in client contract.
Negotiate and finalize terms to complete alliance agreement
Direct and review alliance collateral creation e.g
(prototype) to ensure suitable articulation of alliance value proposition
Negotiate and finalize alliance contract terms to enable
optimal pricing of alliances
Define and institutionalize an alliance strategy and program
framework to define and develop Alliances
Help define and contribute to the alliance terms to have a
differentiated and Sustainable Solution based on alliances or an independent
alliance only
