4. Detailed Job Description

JD:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Solutions Architect specializing in Netskope security solutions to design, implement, and support enterprise-level Zero Trust access security solutions. The candidate will be responsible for delivering scalable security architectures across on-premises and cloud environments, with a strong focus on Netskope Security Service Edge (SSE) technologies and Data Loss Prevention (DLP).

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, implement, and support Netskope SSE platform components, including Next Generation Secure Web Gateway (NG SWG), Netskope Private Access (NPA), Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB), and Digital Experience Management (DEM).
• Design and implement enterprise-level Zero Trust security solutions based on business and technical requirements.
• Build, test, and implement network security solutions across on-premises and cloud environments.
• Configure and maintain proxy policies, including URL filtering, malware protection, file control, and related security policies.
• Administer and maintain Proxy Auto-Configuration (PAC) files and supporting services based on application requirements.
• Apply DLP capabilities to help protect sensitive data and enforce enterprise data security policies.
• Troubleshoot complex network access and security issues and provide technical leadership during high-priority incidents and outage bridges.
• Collaborate with vendors to resolve complex technical issues and understand product features, updates, and roadmaps.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, solution designs, as-built diagrams, and network security architecture documentation.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of network security standards, authentication protocols, and emerging security technologies.
• Work with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable enterprise security solutions.
