Busines Analyst - Tech Consulting

·         Extensive experience as a Senior Business Analyst delivering large-scale on-premises to cloud migration programmes, ideally involving Microsoft Fabric, Azure, or similar cloud platforms.

·         Strong expertise in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation, translating business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements.

·         Proven experience working in Agile delivery environments, including the creation and management of epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

·         Demonstrated experience within the banking or financial services sector, with a strong understanding of data, reporting, and regulatory requirements.

·         Ability to work closely with Product Owners and business stakeholders to define priorities, align roadmaps, and maximise business value.

·         Advanced proficiency in JIRA, including backlog management, sprint planning support, user story refinement, and progress tracking.

·         Experience facilitating product backlog refinement sessions, ensuring requirements are well-defined, prioritised, and ready for development teams.

·         Strong collaboration skills with Solution Architects, Data Architects, and Technical Leads to support solution design and ensure business requirements are appropriately reflected in system architecture.

·         Proven ability to engage and coordinate with multiple Product Owners and stakeholder groups across business and technology functions.

·         Excellent Business Analysis skills, including process mapping, target operating model, data analysis, stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, impact assessment, and requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
