The Technical Project Manager will lead end-to-end delivery of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) engagements, covering project planning, execution, solution delivery oversight, commercial and contractual ownership, financial management, stakeholder governance, risk mitigation and business-value realisation.

Manage the complete project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, deployment, hypercare, transition and steady-state support.

Establish project plans, schedules, work-breakdown structures, milestones and dependency management.

Drive delivery through Agile/Scrum, SAFe, Waterfall or hybrid methodologies.

Monitor scope, schedule, cost, quality, resources, risks and SLAs.

Oversee automation delivery using relevant RPA platforms.

Understand process discovery, automation feasibility, PDD, SDD, bot development lifecycle and Automation CoE frameworks.

Manage AI/ML delivery involving GenAI, LLMs, agentic AI, RAG, NLP, computer vision and intelligent document processing.

Coordinate with architects, data science and engineering teams on solution design, validation, deployment and model monitoring.

Ensure responsible AI, data privacy, model governance and regulatory compliance.

Support proposals, bids, effort estimation, costing and pricing.

Manage commercial models such as T&M, Fixed Price, outcome-based, consumption-based and managed services.

Oversee MSAs, SOWs, work orders, acceptance criteria, SLAs and change requests.

Manage budgets, effort tracking, margins, profitability, invoicing, Accounts Receivable, revenue risk and milestone reporting.

Drive commercial change control and protect project revenue and margins.

Track business benefits, ROI, FTE savings, cycle-time improvements and accuracy gains.

Act as the primary point of contact for project-related matters and manage business, IT, procurement and executive stakeholders.

Conduct weekly and monthly status reviews, steering-committee meetings and quarterly business reviews.

Manage escalations, RAID logs, stakeholder expectations and project sign-offs.

Drive customer satisfaction and communicate project outcomes and business value.

Establish quality plans, risk mitigation measures and audit-ready delivery processes.

Lead project teams, allocate resources, mentor team members and drive competency development.

Support recruitment, knowledge sharing, asset reuse and continuous improvement.

Contribute to automation practice initiatives and operational efficiency.

10+ years of IT experience, including 3+ years managing RPA and/or AI/ML delivery.
