Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for real estate projects.
  • Plan and manage ATL, BTL, and Digital Marketing campaigns to improve brand awareness and generate qualified leads.
  • Drive lead generation through online and offline marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and execute campaigns targeting NRI customers and Pan India markets.
  • Manage branding, public relations, media planning, and promotional activities.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to improve lead quality, customer engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze ROI, and optimize marketing budgets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with marketing agencies, media partners, and vendors.
  • Identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to implement innovative marketing strategies.
  • Ensure consistent brand positioning and communication across marketing channels.
  • Prepare marketing reports and provide insights to support business decision-making.
