Skills- IT sourcing and procurement, Third party risk management, Indirect procurement.

Manage complex and escalated supplier onboarding, third-party risk, and contract lifecycle cases in SAP Ariba and ServiceNow (SNOW).

Act as a functional subject-matter expert for SAP Ariba (SLP and Contracts modules) and ServiceNow workflows, including support for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Own end-to-end coordination of third-party risk assessments, supplier due diligence activities, and remediation tracking.

Review contract metadata, obligations, milestones, and renewal activities while supporting CLM governance requirements.

Monitor SLA and KPI performance, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Provide guidance, quality reviews, coaching, and training support to Analysts.

Develop operational reports, dashboards, and process improvement recommendations to enhance service delivery and operational performance.

Strong understanding of supplier onboarding, Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) operations.

Experience supporting SAP Ariba and ServiceNow configuration changes, enhancements, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Mandatory Skills: Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree and strong hands-on experience in procurement operations, including Supplier Onboarding, Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), and/or Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM). Proficiency in SAP Ariba (SLP and Contracts modules) and ServiceNow (SNOW), supplier due diligence, contract administration, SLA/KPI monitoring, root cause analysis, compliance, stakeholder management, and Microsoft Office are required.

Good to Have Skills: Experience in SAP Ariba and ServiceNow configuration changes, enhancements, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), along with CTPRP or equivalent certification, is preferred. Exposure to procurement governance, supplier risk management, contract administration best practices, operational dashboards, continuous improvement initiatives, and mentoring or quality oversight of junior team members would be an added advantage.
