Education and Certification Qualification – Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline. Finance or a related discipline; a postgraduate qualification is preferred.
Specific Remarks: 15 years regular stream of education mandatory
 
Candidate Expectations
3+  years of experience in Investment banking, Capital Markets.
Relevant experience in Trade Settlements, Reconciliation, Collateral Management, and Trade Confirmation.
Experience supporting Global Markets, FX/Currency transactions, or international settlements is preferred.
Exposure to global counterparties, local custodians, and regional settlement processes is desirable.
Strong analytical, reconciliation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work within strict SLA, market cut-off, and settlement deadlines with high accuracy.

Job Description:
Trade Settlement
  • Manage and process global market trade settlements across different products, currencies, and markets.
  • Ensure trades are settled accurately within regional settlement cycles, cut-off times, and market timelines.
  • Coordinate with custodians, counterparties, brokers, and internal teams to resolve settlement issues.
Trade Reconciliation
  • Perform daily reconciliation of global market and currency transactions against internal records and external statements.
  • Identify breaks, investigate discrepancies, and ensure timely resolution of unmatched or failed transactions.
  • Maintain accurate reconciliation records and escalate ageing or high-risk breaks.
Collateral Management
  • Support collateral processing and monitoring for global counterparties and markets.
  • Manage collateral calls, movements, substitutions, and reconciliations as per agreed requirements.
  • Coordinate with counterparties and internal teams to resolve collateral disputes and discrepancies.
Trade Confirmation
  • Review and validate trade confirmations received from brokers, counterparties, and trading platforms.
  • Ensure trade details such as quantity, price, currency, settlement date, and counterparty information are accurate.
  • Investigate confirmation mismatches and coordinate timely resolution.
Global Markets Knowledge
  • Understand regional trading hours, market conventions, settlement practices, and counterparty requirements.
  • Work with local custodians and understand regional settlement timelines and market-specific processes.
  • Maintain awareness of operational requirements across different global markets and currencies.
Mandatory Skills :
Derivatives, Reconciliation, Trade Life cycle, Capital Markets, OTC, FX, Bloomberg, Margin, Collateral, Middle office.

Good to Have Skills: Trade Confirmation, Securities, Margin.
