Conduct requirement and gap analysis to identify
business needs and technical solutions.
Write epics and user stories independently, ensuring
clear and concise documentation.
Create mockups using tools like Balsamiq to visualize
requirements and solutions.
Collaborate with design and development teams to
ensure seamless integration of business requirements into technical solutions.
Manage client and stakeholder communication, ensuring
transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Oversee project governance, planning, execution, and
management, including capacity planning and status reporting.
Implement delivery excellence practices, including
knowledge management, SoP documentation, and process improvement.
Mentor and manage team members, fostering a
collaborative and high-performing team environment.
Contribute to business growth by identifying
opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Skills –
Mandatory:
Strong technical acumen with experience in BI, SQL,
and Python.
Proficiency in Generative AI and prompt engineering
skills, with a good understanding of the LLM ecosystem.
Knowledge of Agentic AI and its applications in
business processes.
Hands-on experience with Agile and Incremental
delivery models.
Excellent multitasking and stakeholder communication
skills.
Ability to estimate efforts and manage project
timelines effectively.
Experience in creating and managing project
documentation and reports.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Must have worked in more than one industry and possess
