Key Responsibilities
Product Management and Business Requirements
  • Lead business requirement gathering across Quality processes and facilitate workshops with Global Business Process Owners (GBPOs) and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
  • Translate business requirements into prioritized product features and coordinate with technology teams for solution development and delivery.
  • Maintain and manage the product backlog and roadmap for Quality Performance Management and data access solutions.
  • Define testing strategies and test coverage, coordinate business validation activities, maintain test documentation, and manage defect logs.
  • Monitor product usage and collaborate with Global Business Process Owners and the Business Excellence organization to maintain requirements and ensure reliable data flows from source systems.
 Quality Compliance and Computer System Validation
  • Ensure that products comply with applicable company standards, regulatory and legal requirements, including GxP, internal security and risk management policies, IT/OT security requirements, and Quality Management System (QMS) procedures.
  • Coordinate and manage computer system validation activities and related documentation in accordance with applicable quality processes.
  • Support validation, deployment, system release, and inspection readiness for complex computerized systems.
  • Ensure that user requirements, design specifications, test cycles, and validation documentation are appropriately defined and maintained.
 Project and Portfolio Management
  • Apply established project management methodologies, tools, and practices.
  • Plan and manage proof-of-concept, proof-of-value, and industrialization activities for complex, strategic, and high-value systems.
  • Apply risk-based approaches to ensure solutions are fit for purpose and that project risks are identified, assessed, and mitigated.
  • Monitor project scope, schedules, deliverables, quality, and budgets to achieve agreed outcomes.
  • Support the preparation of Project Investment Proposals (PIPs) and documentation required for capital budget approvals.
  • Support the wider team in managing smaller projects and ensuring effective delivery governance.
 Business Intelligence, Visualization, and Automation
  • Translate business requirements into usable, intuitive, and self-explanatory business intelligence solutions using Power BI or equivalent tools.
  • Identify business insights and distinguish GMP from non-GMP requirements based on use cases and stakeholder needs.
  • Transform complex datasets into simplified visual representations that support effective performance monitoring and decision-making.
  • Leverage natural language processing (NLP), machine learning, and AI capabilities to highlight relevant information, enable automated interpretation, and support proactive Quality management.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate existing Quality processes through digital solutions.
 Stakeholder, Matrix, and Supplier Management
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, technology teams, external partners, vendors, and service providers.
  • Establish clear business accountability for technical support and external-party deliverables.
  • Lead and coordinate globally distributed virtual and matrix teams to achieve common objectives.
  • Communicate effectively across IT, Quality, management, and business functions, addressing issues, risks, dependencies, and escalations.
  • Influence stakeholders and challenge existing approaches to encourage innovation, standardization, and adoption of improved digital solutions.
 Change Management and Adoption
  • Support product teams and business functions in adopting agile approaches to solution development and deployment.
  • Develop and support go-to-market and change management activities to drive product awareness, adoption, and sustained usage.
  • Communicate complex technical information clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Promote simplified, seamless, and standardized processes through effective stakeholder engagement and knowledge sharing.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying problems, challenging the status quo, and promoting the adoption of appropriate future technologies.

 Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Science or Technology.
  • Project Management certification is preferred.
  • Formal certifications in Business Intelligence and Data Modeling are preferred.
