Relevant experience in Corporate Real Estate (CRE), Real Estate Strategy, Project Management, Program Management, or PMO.

Proven experience in leading large-scale, complex real estate projects and managing multidisciplinary teams.

The PMO Leader - CRE will be responsible for leading the Project and Program Management capabilities within the Real Estate Strategy function. The role will work closely with senior leadership to provide strategic inputs, project oversight, governance, and administrative support. The position will drive real estate strategy initiatives, portfolio planning, financial analysis, and end-to-end project delivery across regional operations.

Lead the evolution of Project and Program Management capabilities within the Real Estate Strategy function.

Establish and implement project management frameworks, methodologies, processes, and governance structures, ensuring regional rollout.

Plan and deliver assigned projects end-to-end, defining project objectives, success parameters, timelines, and deliverables.

Assist in developing the Real Estate Portfolio Strategy for APAC.

Develop Real Estate Strategy business cases by coordinating inputs from multiple stakeholders, including financial analysis.

Build financial models and scenarios to support leadership decision-making and strategic alignment.

Drive coordination across specialized Real Estate streams and monitor projects with interdependencies.

Ensure cross-functional teams' deliverables are aligned and integrated with overall project and program objectives.

Lead, influence, negotiate, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.

Establish periodic leadership reviews and prepare management-level summaries on project and team performance.

Identify project issues, assess risks proactively, and implement appropriate mitigation measures.

Develop and implement communication plans to ensure timely and fact-based updates on key initiatives.

Provide accurate and timely reporting on individual projects and the overall project portfolio.

Identify, document, and disseminate project management best practices.

Provide day-to-day leadership and guidance to Project Managers, as required.

Support additional strategic and operational responsibilities as assigned.
