We are seeking an experienced Process Trainer Voice to join our team in Bangalore/Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Voice process and International Process, with a focus on Training Needs Analysis.

Responsibilities
- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for Voice process and International Process to ensure high-quality performance and productivity.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis to identify gaps in employee knowledge and skills, and develop targeted training solutions.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create and update training content, ensuring it is relevant, engaging, and effective.
- Develop and maintain training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online resources.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to enhance their skills and performance.
Requirements
- 4-10 years of experience in Process Training, Voice process, and International Process.
- Strong background in Training Needs Analysis and adult learning principles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences.
- Ability to analyze complex information and develop targeted training solutions.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
