Process Trainer Voice

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for Voice process and International Process to ensure high-quality performance and productivity.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis to identify gaps in employee knowledge and skills, and develop targeted training solutions.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create and update training content, ensuring it is relevant, engaging, and effective.
• Develop and maintain training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online resources.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to enhance their skills and performance.

Requirements

• 4-10 years of experience in Process Training, Voice process, and International Process.
• Strong background in Training Needs Analysis and adult learning principles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences.
• Ability to analyze complex information and develop targeted training solutions.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
