Asst Manager/Deputy Manager – HR/Statutory Compliances
Location - Pune
Key Responsibilities:
10+ Years ’ Experience in Statutory Compliance
Handled a team. PF Managemental Compliance Audit Inspection
Not only PF ESIC expertise but also Strong audit skills, Audit
inspections with govt. authorities
Act as SME on Indian labour laws for
the IT/ITES sector.
Interpret and track changes in labour
legislation.
Advise HR and management on statutory
compliance matters.
Ensure organizational adherence to all
applicable labour laws.
Draft and update HR policies aligned
with legal requirements.
Maintain employee handbooks and
compliance documentation.
Conduct periodic internal compliance
audits.
Prepare the organization for external
inspections and audits.
Coordinate with authorities like
Labour Department, EPF, and ESI.
Address audit observations and ensure
timely resolution.
Manage compliance for contract labour
engagement.
Verify contractor licenses,
registrations, and statutory payments.
Ensure timely statutory filings and
returns submission.
Maintain accurate records of licenses,
filings, and reports.
Identify compliance risks and
implement mitigation strategies.
Handle labour disputes, grievances,
and disciplinary cases.
Liaise with legal counsel on complex
compliance issues.
Conduct training on labour laws,
ethics, and workplace policies.
Promote a culture of compliance across
the organization.
Collaborate with internal and external
stakeholders effectively.
