Title : AVP - Senior
Business Compliance Counsel - Mumbai
Monitor,
assess, and interpret regulatory requirements applicable to BFSI services –
Primary domains Mortgages, Insurance and Debt Collections
Scan
regulatory environment especially for US, UK, EU, APAC jurisdictions to
identify compliance risks and guide business stakeholders
to implement necessary controls and mitigation strategies.

Stay
updated on regulatory developments and advise the business on their impact.Other tasks as
entrusted in this regard.
Oversight
on internal compliance audits and regulatory assessments of business processes
after understanding the intricacies of the applicable regulations.
Responsible
in responding to regulatory inquiries, inspections, and audits.
Fair
knowledge to ensure compliance with licensing, registration, and reporting
obligations across jurisdictions.
Es calations to the TEIL Compliance, Corporate
Compliance and other functions.
Interpret legal requirements and implications on financial services regulations, licensing requirements, and emerging compliance issues.

Provide
regulatory guidance to internal teams on new business initiatives and product
