– Presales and Solutions Consultant (Legal Process Services) – Manager/Senior Manager
Location: Mumbai/Bangalore/Gurgaon
Candidate Specification:
8 to 12 years of experience in Pre-sales and Solutioning of
Legal Process Services assessment/outsourcing engagements
Graduate/Post Graduate/Certification in Legal area
Experience in solutioning, designing and implementing Legal
Process services is important
Understanding of various elements in Legal process services
like e-discovery, matter management, litigation, contract management etc. for
specific industries
Knowledge and hands on experience in working with industry
leading LPS systems like Icertis, Sirion Labs, Thomson Reuters, Agiloft etc.
will be an added advantage
Problem resolution skills, Good Analytical skills, Positive
attitude Team Player, Go getter & fast learner, Creativity, Working in
multi-cultural, global and diverse teams
Experience in Automation, RPA, Digitalization, Analytics
& Knowledge of process mining tools like Signavio or Celonis will be an
added advantage
Hands on experience in MS Office tools (Powerpoint, Word,
Excel, Project, Visio etc.)
Responsibilities:
Conduct due diligence and process maturity assessments by
engaging with customers and internal stakeholders at customer location
(domestic or international locations) to develop compelling business cases for
outsourcing.
Create responses for RFPs/RFIs and creating value
propositions and winning theme for legal process services
Prepare and participate in Solution defense with customers
in a convincing manner
Create FTE estimation, Location strategy, Transformation
roadmap, transition plan, support in creation of SOW and contract negotiation.
Hand over to delivery and hand hold where required till the
project is on steady state.
Participate in Knowledge sharing, Learning and Development
activities by conducting training session as per requirement (including
creation of training modules)
Participate in analyst interactions to enhance brand value
and market positioning of organization as per requirement.
Work collaboratively in integrated deals along with other
service lines to create integrated value proposition
Thought Leadership with a good understanding of the market
trends and industry nuances.
