Operations Manager - Aviation Fuel 

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team in Bangalore. The successful candidate will have a strong background in aviation fuel operations, logistics management, and regulatory compliance. The role will involve managing fuel storage and distribution, into-plane refueling, and infrastructure projects, as well as ensuring compliance regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage fuel storage and distribution operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of aviation fuel to airports.
  • Oversee into-plane refueling operations to ensure safe and efficient fueling of aircraft.
  • Develop and implement logistics management strategies to optimize fuel delivery and reduce costs.
  • Ensure compliance regulations and maintain accurate records of regulatory compliance.
  • Manage infrastructure projects related to fuel storage and distribution, including design, construction, and maintenance.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including airport authorities, airlines, and regulatory bodies.
  • Implement quality control measures to ensure high-quality fuel delivery and minimize risks.
  • Optimize costs and improve operational efficiency through data-driven decision making and process improvements.
  • Develop and implement ERP/SAP systems to streamline fuel operations and improve data management.

Requirements

  • 15-20 years of experience in aviation fuel operations, logistics management, and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of regulations and aviation fuel standards.
  • Experience with ERP/SAP systems and data management.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to optimize operations and reduce costs.
  • Strong leadership and management skills to lead a team of fuel operations staff.
