Job description

Key Responsibilities:
 
Generate leads through various channels and manage walk-in interactions.
 
Identify prospective clients and build a strong sales pipeline.
 
Present proposals, negotiate effectively, and drive closures.
 
Ensure timely and accurate updates of client information in CRM.
 
Support existing clients with enhancement requests by coordinating with internal teams.
 
Track and report floor occupancy, sales conversions, and performance milestones.
 
Collect feedback from existing clients and promote client reviews/references.
 
Analyze market trends and contribute ideas for business growth.
 
Suggest process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
