Job description
Roles and Responsibilities
Responsible for Retail Operations, delivery, transformation,
client management and P&L for the process.
Oversees Day to day SLAs and key deliverables and meet monthly
SLA/ KPI and improve them month-on-month basis.
Identify, assess and mitigate risks, provide escalation
management, anticipate and propose corrective actions to keep the projects
moving forward.
Plan resources, Monitor governance adherence within the engagement
and meet client & business requirements within the guidelines and policies.
Coordinates and partners with the client for engagement level
issues and concerns.
Skill Set
Prior work experience in front end retail and BPO experience
managing Retail clients.
Good knowledge of Retail processes like Category Management, Store
Operations, Supply Chain, Merchandizing, E-Commerce, Design and Legal processes.
10+ years of experience in program or project management.
Ability to manage a large team with competing priorities and
provide level-headed guidance during unexpected events.
