Job Title – Talent Acquisition Tower Leader – AGM –
Pan India
Candidate expectations & Responsibilities
:
17+ years in outsourcing with 5+ years leading large TA operations for
US market.
Expertise in US compliance, onboarding, I-9, COI, BGC processes.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, problem-solving capabilities.
The Talent Acquisition Tower Leader will oversee end-to-end TA
operations for a large US-based manufacturing client, managing 200+ team
members (multi locations) across onboarding, Virtual-I9, COI, interview
scheduling, recruitment, and contingency clearance. The incumbent must lead
governance cycles (WBR/MBR/QBR), drive performance, manage escalations, and
partner with stakeholders while working 100% onsite in night shifts.
Leadership & People Management - Lead 200+ FTEs across TA
sub-functions ensuring SLA adherence and process excellence.
Operational Excellence - Oversee onboarding, background checks,
Virtual-I9, COI, interview scheduling, and recruitment operations.
Governance & Reporting - Direct governance cadence including WBR,
MBR, QBR.
Transformation Mindset - Drive transformation, process improvement,
automation, and re-engineering.
Problem Solving - Manage escalations, conduct RCA, and implement
preventive actions.
Stakeholder Management - Maintain strong client stakeholder
relationships
Occasional extended hours to meet deadlines
Ability to work 24/7 shifts when required
Night Shift (6 PM–3 AM IST / 7 PM–4 AM IST)
Work from office only (no remote work permitted)
