- Strong hands‑on experience with Nexthink (Infinity / DEX platform).
- Solid understanding of Service Desk and Digital Workplace
operations, including endpoint management and ITSM processes.
- Experience configuring dashboards, alerts, metrics, and custom
queries in Nexthink.
- Hands‑on experience with remote actions, automation, and remediation
workflows.
- Experience integrating Nexthink with ServiceNow or equivalent ITSM
tools.
- Ability to translate experience insights into actionable remediation
plans.
