Job title: Gemini / Genesys Lead 
 
Candidate Specification: Minimum 10+ years of experience into Germini / Genesys Specialist.
 
Job Description:

  • Strong hands‑on experience with Genesys Cloud CX or Genesys contact center platforms.
  • Solid understanding of Service Desk / Contact Center operations, KPIs
  • Experience integrating Genesys with ITSM systems (CTI, interaction records, ticketing workflows).
  • Strong hands‑on experience building GenAI/LLM solutions for IT Operations / Service Desk / Digital Workplace.
  • Proficiency with Google AI Studio for prototyping and prompt-to-production workflows, and with the Gemini API for solution development.
  • Experience with Vertex AI patterns for deploying and scaling Gemini-powered solutions (model access via APIs and workflow integration).
