AGM / DGM - New Car Sales

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as AGM / DGM - New Car Sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, new car sales, and mass market, with excellent people management skills and experience in showroom sales.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve new car sales targets and increase market share.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the mass market.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless sales and customer service processes.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, dealers, and suppliers.

Requirements

  • 15-20 years of experience in sales, new car sales, Luxury Brand and mass market.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and increasing market share.
  • Excellent people management skills, with experience in leading and managing sales teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, dealers, and suppliers.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Knowledge of the Indian automotive industry and market trends.
