Responsibilities
- Conduct static and dynamic product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our vehicles to customers.
- Negotiate with customers to achieve sales targets and close deals.
- Proactively probe customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Analyze customer needs and provide personalized solutions to meet their requirements.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly car sales targets, retail finance penetration targets, retail insurance penetration targets, accessories promotion targets as set by the dealership.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services (Constantly update) to provide expert advice to customers.
- Work closely with the support teams to achieve sales goals and objectives.
Requirements
- 2-6 years of experience in car sales or a related field.
- Any degree or diploma in a relevant field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and sales skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Knowledge of the local market and competition.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide personalized solutions.
