Service Advisor
We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer relations, negotiation skills, and techno-commercial knowledge. The role will involve generating revenue by selling labour & spare parts to service customer & providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.

Responsibilities
- Achieving monthly labour & Spare parts Sales Target.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
- Negotiate with customers to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service history.
- Collaborate with technicians and other team members to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Stay up to date with new technologies and products to provide informed advice to customers.
- Conduct regular reviews with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
- 2-8 years of experience as a Service Advisor in the automobile industry.
- Strong customer relations and negotiation skills.
- Excellent techno-commercial knowledge and understanding of automobile products.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
