WFM - Reporting & Analytics- MIS

We are seeking a highly skilled WFM - Reporting & Analytics- MIS professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in reporting and analytics, MIS reports, and MIS preparation, with a strong understanding of Workforce Management (WFM) principles.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into workforce management metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Prepare and present MIS reports to stakeholders, highlighting trends, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop reports that meet their needs.
  • Develop and maintain data visualizations and dashboards to effectively communicate complex data insights.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in reporting and analytics, and apply this knowledge to improve our reporting capabilities.

Requirements

  • 3-8 years of experience in reporting and analytics, MIS reports, and MIS preparation.
  • Strong understanding of Workforce Management (WFM) principles and practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights effectively.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Experience with reporting tools, such as Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services or Oracle Reports.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to stakeholders.
